participated in the 6th World Adolescent Soccer
held in Portugal as well as the 41th World
Ping-pong Tournament held in Japan in 1999.
as a part of the South-North social and cultural
cooperation.After that, it was reopened with

North Korea culture and remains by unification
& culture research institute of JoongAng
Ilbo in 1997.
