  The contents of the resolution included that unified government is formed after a general election between South and North Korea takes place and U.S.A and U.S.S.R will withdraw their troops from the Korean Peninsula.But it was not succeeded as North Korea refused the U.N. Korea Provisional Committee admission into a country.

The election for the representative chamber was taken place in North Korea on 25 Aug. 1948 and the People¡¯s Republic was promulgated on 9 Sep.

A constitution was established and promulgated on 17 July 1948 and the government of the Republic of Korea was formed on 15 Aug., which is the only legitimate government.
